Min ugnsbakad omelett

Some of you asked me about the recipe for my Oven-baked Omelett, packed with protein (more than 60g!!!)
For 1 person
Preheat oven 180 degrees
Ingredients
6 egg white
2 egg yolk
1 tbsp of olive oil
1tbsp milk
1 tbsp Greek yogurt ( I use 0% fat)
2 tbsp parmesan cheese
1 can of tuna ( You can put chicken, Ham, shrimps…)
Steamed Broccoli, Asparagus ( veggies of your choice)
Cherry tomatoes
Preparation
Preheat oven to 400º. In a large, oven-proof frying pan, slowly saute the broccoli and asparagus seeds in olive oil over medium heat for about 2-3mn.
Whisk together eggs, Greek yogurt, milk, shredded parmesan cheese, and tuna and cherry tomatoes Allow to cook at medium an additional 2 or 3 minutes to brown the bottom of the omelett.
Transfer frying pan to upper rack of preheated oven and cook until nicely browned, about 15 to 20 minutes.
