Back Workout!

Today was Back day!
Our back muscles are involved in just about every move we make each day, so it is important that they are strong enough to handle all of that work.
 
My workout today:
  • Latpulldown 4 sets ( 15, 12, 10,8 reps)
  • Narrow Latpulldown 4 sets (15, 15, 12,12 reps)
  • Cable seated row 4 sets (15, 12, 15, 12 reps)
  • Dumbbells row 2 sets (12, 10 reps)
  • Barbell row 4 sets( 15, 12, 12, 10 reps)
  • Back extentions 4 sets (15, 12, 10, 10 reps)
 
 
That's how my back looks like!
