Cupcakes lover!!!

I looove cupcakes and I have a wonderful and healthy recipe to share with you!

My cupcakes are RICH in protein and low in carbs!

Makes 12 cupcakes

 

Ingredients

  • 1dl Body Science Bake protein (this protein powder is the best when using it in high temperature recipes, replace 1/4 of your dry ingredients with Bake protein!)

  •  3-4 egg whites
  • 1dl greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1,5dl Oat
  • ½ dl Almond flour
  • 1 ½ tsp baking powder
  • 1 scoop (0,3ml) steviosa (calorie-free sweetener)

 Frosting:

  •  1dl low-fat greek yogurt
  • 100g 3% fat Philadelphia cream cheese
  • ½ scoop Body Science Whey Vanilla (or Strawberry) protein

  • you can add some Stevia!
  • Strawberries (it's the season yay!)

 Directions:

  • Mix all ingredients until mixture is smooth!
  • Bake 10-15mn 180oC
  • Let cool down, meanwhile mix greek yogurt, cream cheese and vanilla protein powder and put in fridge to let it harden for 15mn.
  • Frost the muffins with the cream and put the strawberries on top.

 Enjoy!!!

 I like to make my muffins with Body Science from MM Sports peanutbutter too! Taste like heaven!
