Friday it's Leg day!

Hi everyone!

 Today is Legday! I try to hit the legs twice a week!

  • 1) Hamstrings – Calves
  • 2) Glutes – Quads

 Here is what I do:

  •  Hamstrings

Leg curls (see pic)

 OR
 

Stiffed deadlift (see pic)

  •   Glutes

Squats (see pic)

 

Split squats (see pic)

 
Lunges (see pic)
 

Deadlift
