Yes I lift weights, do you?
I’m bringing this up because I deal with haters everyday!


The key to maintaining self-discipline is setting short- and long-term goals. Every week I try to get my motivation on top by checking all those fitness pics on Facebook and I actually have a Facebook page about my journey into doing my first Bikini Fitness contest in November. I really want this and I am so excited about it and most of all, I am doing this for MYSELF!
Why do haters hate?
- Because you have something that they don’t.
- Because they have nothing better to do in life.
- Because their life just isn’t as great and exciting as yours.
- Because they are unhappy with some things in their own life.
- Because they need to put someone down to feel good about themselves.
- Because they are, in general, just losers.
Remember that it doesn’t matter what you do, someone will judge you for it!
Don’t be discouraged! I always think to myself that it’s a test I have to pass to continue this journey. I know it can be hard sometimes but the best is to ignore them! Let the haters hate and focus on your goals and make the choices that are right for you. Keep reminders of your success around you! It doesn’t matter what you do, at the end of the day people will criticize you either way.
I try to be a good example for my daughter and if I can motivate and inspire others, for me it’s the most important!
I can conclude by saying that I keep working out because I believe that my hard work will pay off soon!
